About Us
Horizon Alarms — Built for Reliability, Trusted for Results
Our Story
At Horizon Alarms, we stand as partners in your protection — committed to safeguarding your people, property, and peace of mind.
At Horizon Alarms, we believe true security isn’t about off-the-shelf solutions — it’s about building protection that fits your world. Every home, business, and facility faces unique challenges, and our role is to design systems that not only meet compliance standards but also give you everyday confidence.
Founded on the principle that protection should be crafted, not copied, Horizon Alarms was created to redefine what reliable security means. From our first project walkthrough to the final system sign-off, we put collaboration at the heart of everything we do. Our experienced team takes time to listen, assess risk, and design layered defenses that serve a purpose — not just fill a checklist.
We’ve earned trust across Central Massachusetts and beyond by combining proven standards with modern technology. That means systems that are dependable, scalable, and ready to evolve as your needs change — whether it’s a fire alarm installation, intrusion system, video surveillance, or access control solution.
Our Mission
A Mission Built on Protection and Peace of Mind
Our mission is simple: to safeguard what matters most by delivering dependable security solutions with integrity and precision. We’re here to provide more than technology — we deliver peace of mind. That peace comes from knowing your safety is backed by systems that are tested, monitored, and supported by a team that shows up when it counts.
Guided by Innovation, Grounded in Trust
Horizon Alarms was founded by a security professional who saw the industry’s need for a service-first approach — one that values clarity, honesty, and craftsmanship. Guided by that vision, our company has grown into a trusted partner for businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, and residential communities who rely on us for peace of mind.
